Spring Break...

We headed off for a quick camping trip this week. The kids have been wanting to take a trip in our trailer for awhile- and they were so excited when we told them we were going. Honestly, I think they'd be just as excited to sleep in our driveway in the trailer--- but Elliot and I wanted a change of scenery =) We had good weather on the day we got there and on the day we packed up but the one whole day we had- it decided to rain on us. We played lots of Uno and drew a ton of pictures. My sister and her family, as well as my parents came up for that day- and when it would stop raining- we would hurry outside and the kids would run wild on the dunes. We did actually make it to the beach for a quick dig in the sand. It was great to have them there with us. The cows were let loose also - so we had some fun "up close" visits with the cows. It was a fun trip and the kids were sooooo tired on the way home. Poor Ellie ended up being Scot's pillow in the backseat (which didn't go over well). But we made some fun memories and hope to go back very soon!
